At Samaya Corumbau, we adopt sustainable practices in every detail. We use only biodegradable and non-toxic products—such as soaps, detergents, cleaning products, and even non-toxic paint in the kitchen—ensuring better health and less environmental impact.
BIODEGRADABLE PRODUCTS
Our bungalows have screens on the windows for natural ventilation, reducing the use of air conditioning. We also use light regulators and high energy efficiency appliances to optimize consumption.
NATURAL VENTILATION
We maintain a forest protection clause that guarantees the preservation of 89% of the property with native vegetation. In addition, we have already planted 24 native trees in open spaces, including species such as jacarandas, ipês, jequitibás, and five fruit trees, which enrich local biodiversity. We also grow about 60 bougainvilleas, which beautify the environment and attract pollinators, reinforcing our connection to the land and our purpose of regenerating nature around us.
